These Terms govern your use of Inkpapers (the "Service"). By creating an account, posting, commenting, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You own what you post — articles, audio, comments, everything. By posting, you give Inkpapers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. That license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared by other users through normal use of the Service.
You're solely responsible for what you post. You confirm you have the rights to post it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.
Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or that impersonates someone else. Don't use the Service to spam, scrape, or interfere with its normal operation. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this, without notice.
Articles, audio, and comments on Inkpapers — including anything tagged Psychology or posted by a professional — are personal expression, not professional, medical, or mental health advice. Nothing on the Service replaces consulting a qualified professional. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
Support payments ("marks of appreciation") sent to a writer are voluntary tips, not a purchase of goods, services, or a subscription. Inkpapers is not a party to the relationship between supporter and writer beyond processing the payment, and does not guarantee any content, response, or outcome in exchange for a tip. Amounts are fixed and non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content posted by users is accurate, safe, or lawful.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkpapers and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from content posted by other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.
You agree to defend and hold Inkpapers harmless from any claim arising from content you posted, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
We may update these Terms, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We'll try to give notice of material changes. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
[Placeholder — set this to the country/state where the business operating Inkpapers is legally established, once that's decided.]
